Service terms for working with Zetaa.
These terms apply to website use, enquiries, quotations, digital marketing services, creative work, shoots, websites, and campaign execution unless a separate written agreement is signed.
Use Of Website
By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to provide accurate information and use the website only for lawful purposes. Content on this website is for general service information and may change without prior notice.
Quotations And Scope
Pricing, timelines, deliverables, revisions, and service scope are confirmed after reviewing the requirement. Any additional work beyond the approved scope may require revised pricing and timelines.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide required business details, brand assets, approvals, access credentials, references, product information, shoot availability, and feedback on time. Delays in inputs or approvals may affect delivery timelines.
Third-Party Platforms
Services may depend on platforms such as Meta, Google, WhatsApp, hosting providers, payment gateways, email tools, SMS tools, analytics tools, or social networks. Zetaa is not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, account restrictions, or approval delays.
Campaign Results
Zetaa works to improve visibility, enquiries, content quality, and campaign performance, but specific rankings, lead volumes, conversions, viral reach, or sales cannot be guaranteed because they depend on market, budget, audience, offer, competition, and platform behavior.
Payments
Work may require advance payment or milestone payment as agreed. Recurring services are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. Delayed payments may pause active work, reports, ad management, or delivery.
Intellectual Property
Final approved deliverables may be used by the client after payment completion. Drafts, unused concepts, source files, systems, templates, methods, and internal tools remain Zetaa property unless specifically transferred in writing.
Limitation Of Liability
Zetaa is not liable for indirect losses, platform issues, business interruption, loss of profit, third-party service failures, or outcomes outside the agreed service scope. Liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service period in dispute.
